Questions, answered
- Do we need any experience?
- None at all. Your captain is also a wakesurf coach, so first-timers get up on the board the same day. Experienced riders get a wave they'll want to keep.
- How many people can come?
- Up to 11 passengers ride comfortably on the Malibu Alpha M235.
- What should we bring?
- Your crew, sunscreen, towels, and anything extra you'd like to eat or drink. Boards, gear, fuel, and a stocked cooler are already on board.
- What happens if the weather turns?
- We run rain or shine and only cancel when conditions are genuinely unsafe — severe storms, high winds, or lightning. Light rain or clouds are not a cancellation, and the call is made the day of your trip, never off a forecast alone.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 5–7 days before your trip depending on the booking platform. Inside that window, partial or no refund applies. No-shows are charged in full.
- Where do we meet?
- Canyon Lake marina — exact dock sent after booking. Text ahead if your group is running late.
